Before pursuing a career in Design, I worked for more than seven years as a trainer for Apple retail. In that time I delivered over 11,000 hour-long personal training sessions and presented more than 2,000 workshops on topics ranging from file management to pro-applications. This vantage point into the role technology plays in a variety of people's lives sparked a pursuit to make technological interactions more approachable and meaningful.
